PRICES
All the prices in the e-shop are presented in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
The Seller has the right to establish special conditions in connection with the product prices.
PRODUCTS
The Products displayed in the e-shop are in stock as a rule. The availability of the given
Products is not guaranteed as it may be erroneous in connection with potential technical
problems in the e-shop programmes.
If the Client submits an order but it appears that the given Product is not in stock, the Seller is
unable to perform the given order. In such case the Seller shall contact the Client and offer a
substitute product, the potential new term of delivery or refund the purchase amount to the
Client no later than within 7 days.
Pictures of the Products displayed in the e-shop are illustrative and may slightly vary from
the actual appearance of the Product.
Ordering information and purchase conditions
* Select the suitable products, the quantity and size thereof and other necessary parameters
and add the products into the basket. In the basket you can change the quantity of the ordered
goods and also remove products. You can also add other products. The selected products are
recorded in the basket.
* If you are convinced that you do not wish to add any more products into the basket, move
on to complete the purchase and for that you need to click “Buy.”
* You do not have to be a registered user to make a purchase.
* Depending on the settings of your browser, the contact details are recorded as a rule –
“cookies allowed”. When making the next purchase some of the fields may already be pre-
filled.
* In order to finalise the purchase check whether all the details are correctly presented in the
desired order. After you have acquainted yourself with the conditions applicable in the
purchase environment, click „Forward.” On the delivery options page please select the
suitable manner of delivery of the goods.
*The Client undertakes to submit the correct necessary data upon completing the order.
*The Seller shall not be responsible for the failure to perform the order due to the incorrect
data submitted by the Client or any consequences arising therefrom.
Security and data protection
All the personal data submitted in connection with purchases from our e-shop are treated as
confidential information. We only use and preserve the data submitted by the clients that are
necessary for performing the relevant orders and for subsequent customer communication.
The data submitted by clients shall not be disclosed to third persons. If the client does not
wish to preserve his or her data in our database, the client has the right to request the removal
of relevant collected information from the database.
The Seller and the Client shall be liable to each other for any damage caused to the other
party in connection with violation of the present conditions in the cases and to the extent
provided for in the applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The Seller shall be liable to the extent of the Product’s sales price.
The Client undertakes to use the e-shop service only for the purposes in compliance with the
law and good practices.
The Seller may use the Client’s personal data for sending information on special offers and
campaigns to the Client by e-mail only if the Client has given his or her consent therefor.
Data communication between the Client and banks and card payment centre is encrypted
which ensures the security of Client’s personal data and bank details.

Manners of payment
The manner of payment offered by us is by bank transfer after receipt of an invoice on your
e-mail.
After completing a purchase in the e-shop we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail
address provided by you together with all the bank requisites necessary for the payment.
Please specify your order number under the explanation field. We will accept the order if we
receive the payment within 3 business days after completing the purchase. If the payment has
not been received on our bank account within 3 days after completing the purchase, we will
treat it as a wish to withdraw from the purchase and we will cancel the order.

The payment is made outside the e-shop environment in the secure payment environment of
the relevant bank or service provider.
The Seller has no access to the Client’s bank and credit card details.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return the received goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
In order to return the goods in CARMELITASELEGANCE.COM e-shop:
1. Submit a relevant application to the e-mail address info@carmelitaselegance.com within 14
days after receipt of the goods. Make sure to specify the following information in the
application: the returned product, order number, client’s name and bank account where the
refund should be made.
2. Having previously agreed on the time, place and manner of return with the administrator of
the e-shop, return the correct unused goods with labels and in original packaging, if possible.
3. The costs for return of the goods shall be covered by the client. The entire amount paid by the
consumer including the postal charges for delivery of the goods shall be refunded to the
consumer. The trader may only leave the charges connected with the return of the goods in
the extent of 10 euros to be covered by the consumer, unless the delivered item or provided
service does not comply with what was ordered.
4. In case of a wish to return the goods we will refund the amount paid by the client for the
order without delay but not later than within 30 days after receipt of a withdrawal
application.
Term of delivery and delivery
Goods may be received in the following manner:
1. Parcel terminals (SmartPOST, Omniva) price in Estonia 3€
2. Collect the goods from our Tallinn warehouse.
3. Courier service
4. Free transport if the purchase amount is more than 39€.
By using a courier service for the delivery of goods 3.50€ shall be added to the product price
as postal charges.
All the products offered by us are in Tallinn warehouse and are ready to be dispatched
immediately. The term of delivery within Estonia is generally up to 3-5 working days.
If you wish to order the goods to an address outside Estonia, please contact us
info@carmelitaselegance.com or at +372 5617 5170. In this case we will agree on the manner
of delivery according to the client’s request and specify the delivery costs to an address
outside Estonia.
Before completion of the order the client undertakes to verify the correctness of the submitted
contact details in order to avoid any delays and misunderstanding upon the delivery of
Products. The Seller shall not be liable for delays and misunderstanding having occurred
upon the delivery of Products if the delay or misunderstanding has been caused by inaccurate
data submitted by the Client upon completion of the order.
